SysytemOrganizer will probably be removed in Pharo 12. Instead, RPackageOrganizer will have the responsibility the SystemOrganizer currently has. In order to plan the change I propose to remove the reperences to it and use `Smalltalk organization` as entry point.

Also, I am not even sure this is what is really wanted. SystemOrganizer returns the list of packages tag names and not package names. But I don't know enough how the document browser works to know if what it wants are packages or package tags. |
