• Merge libgit2-pharo-bindings pull request #100
• Tag the resulting ‘Pharo13’ commit in libgit2-pharo-bindings as ‘v3.2.1’

@Ducasse I received and accepted your invitation and I think I can create tags and releases in this repository now, but I’ll need to create one in the ‘libgit2-pharo-bindings’ repository first, I don’t have permission for that yet.
