Hi, any movements here? I tried to create a PR, but I don't have permissions to push a branch. Does anybody know if this package is abandoned? It blocks the update of other packages.

Hi,

I do accept pr's on this project. But I'm not actively developing any new features. It's not being used by phpDocumentor itself anymore, why it originally existed.

You fork it and make your branch there. Then PR it.
