Deprecated/Unmaintained Tools #36

Love the site, thanks for the list, but some of the tools are a bit on the unmaintained side, e.g. storyplayer's repo has been archived, PHP_Testability is the same.
Happy to go through and add tags to mark some of these as unmaintained, but want to check that there's not a strict definition worth writing down before doing so.
