People definitely have interest in having a release for PHPUnit 10 support, I don't think there's a need to post +1s, Ups and Pings.
I'm as impatient as anyone here, but I also know that these sort of notifications only bring stress to the maintainers who are already aware of the community expectations. If anything, it's counter productive.
If you really want to show your eagerness to get a new tag, please limit yourself to adding an emoji to the first post.

Could it be possible to make the prophesize() method static? PHPUnit 10 deprecated non-static data providers, and creating mocks in data providers is very common. PHPUnit made its own createStub() method static in v10, likely for this reason.

I know that pinging is annoying but we are at phpunit 10.3 now and the potential last blocker #45 was merged over 3 months now. Is it really just missing a tag? Maybe the owner could just break the silence and tell us what's missing. I just want to know if I should wait or move away from this package, because currently it feels like this has been abandoned.
