- In process: someone has started to write the documentation
- For review: the document is achieved, and needed someone to review it
- In review: the document is achieved, and someone is reviewing it
- Verified: the document is completely achieved, and have no mistake
- Status transition No status -> In process -> For review -> In review -> Verified
