I'm really glad to hear you are interested in my sample code!
You can do whatever you want with it, no requirement ;)
For example, you can modify and redistribute it for commercial purpose without any indication of license or copy right.
I just want you to keep in mind three things;

• I'm not held responsible for any loss or damage caused by using this code.
• I might not be able to answer questions, because I'm just too busy.
• This code might be outdated, and there might be better implementation for newer SDK or ICS.
