Comments are rendered even if not viewed #12
Description
That might not be a problem in the past, but as comments might include images taken from the web, it might take time which hinders a responsive Calypso ui experience.
Rendering happens each time a new class is selected in the browser.
Ideally rendering should not happen until the comment tab is viewed.
