TexLive2025 support for Bod Template
The Book on demand template did not work with recent installations of LaTeX (i.e. 2025).
This version of pillar fixes this problem.

Checkers and better LaTeX templates
- Uses Microdown V2.7.1: introduces new elements to support Foliage and web generation. It improves the document checker. - When you use bod-book you have to set the execution flags to execute on GH

This version of Pillar supports Microdown based Beamer slides.
It proposes two formats:
- using the microdown extension to express slide
