Inconsistent description on the same page

On the same page, there are

• The encrypted connections in TiDB are disabled by default.
• The encrypted connection is optional by default.

Which one is the correct description? Please fix it.

I've updated #6323 to address this.

There are multiple things to note here:
auto-tls was added in TiDB v5.2.0. This makes it easier to enable TLS on TiDB Server. This setting is disabled by default, but it is enabled in the sample configuration. If this setting is enabled the server will create TLS certificates if none are provided.

Older MySQL clients and libraries didn't enable TLS by default and had to be configured by setting SSL/TLS options. Newer clients use TLS when it is available.
