[Bug]: (Meta Issue) Bug report form asks for screenshots in a shell-rendered field that cannot accept them

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a new issue and choose Bug report
2. Go to Logs, stack traces, or screenshots
3. Try to attach or paste a screenshot there

Expected behavior

The form should provide a way to upload screenshots when it explicitly asks for them, or that field should only ask for text logs

Actual behavior

The field is rendered as shell, so it behaves like a code block input for pasted text and does not let the reporter attach screenshots there
