[Bug]: scroll to bottom becomes transparent on hover

Steps to reproduce

1. Start the app.
2. Open any thread.
3. Scroll up a bit in the thread chat, for scroll to bottom button to show up.
4. Hover over the button when it is placed above text.

Expected behavior

Hover effect on button should not change transparency

Actual behavior

Hover effect is changing the button transparency
