Steps to reproduce

1. Send any message that requires model to view files
2. Wait till model call a command tool

Expected behavior

The tool call shows "Ran command - [command]

Actual behavior

The tool call shows "Ran command - "C:\WINDOWS\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe" -Command '[command]'"

Workaround

Hover on tool call to see the command, but requires patience. I insist on this being a minor bug and not a cosmetical issue, because it massively reduce control on what the model is doing
