[Feature]: Anthropic/OpenAI icons next to chats to visually sort them

Problem or use case

Whenever we start a new chat with a specific harness (cc or codex), it'd be useful having the harness' icon next to the title to help visually sort them

Something like this, with the icons being harness specific:

It would make visual triaging easier, some workflows would be enhanced by the ability to quickly search through the conversations only started with codex/cc
