[BUG] Error Alert flickering

I had not setup GH command yet and now in the thread I first can't close the error alert, when I hover over it, it starts flickering (just see the video attached). There is no way to recover the thread except of starting a new one

Expected Behavior

I should be able to close the alert box and I should be able to click on the GH integration buttons as they are disabled after the error appeared.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. have no gh command locally installed
2. make some changes to a repository
3. try to create a PR
