Log when server is blacklisted

Hi,

we had the situation that our certificate expired and new connections could not be established. The application remained working somewhat, I assume the established connections kept working.
The metrics (via LDAPConnectionPoolStatistics) were showing that servers are getting blackisted but in the logs there was zero indication that something goes wrong.

I think it would be good if an warning would be logged when a server enters/leaves the blacklist.

We are using AggregateLDAPConnectionPoolHealthCheck with PruneUnneededConnectionsLDAPConnectionPoolHealthCheck, GetEntryLDAPConnectionPoolHealthCheck and RoundRobinServerSet atm.

I've just committed an update to the ServerSetBlacklistManager that will log debug messages whenever servers are added to or removed from the blacklist.

Would a server entering the blackist not be worth at last an WARNING level logging? Now the server entering the blacklist is exactly the same logging wise as Setting the SO_TIMEOUT value for connection LDAPConnection.
