- Using the internal code generation project, update PingFederate resources, tests, and testing utilities.
- Implement new TestableResource, which initializes resources for testing, and cleans up after the test completes
- Remove server-profiles
- Update dependencies
- Update Makefile for clearer local testing output and steps. Check docker is running, etc.
