Add Stats Block output to Poll2

PixieSuite's poll program provided some [functionality](https://github.com/pixie16/PixieSuite/blob/master/Poll/src/poll.cpp#L383) to dump the statistics to the ldf file. This was lost in the conversion to PixieSuite2 and poll2. I strongly propose that this feature is restored.
