Add more packages / repositories

There is a hourly process in place that will add repository links to the pkgindex index.

Leave the link to the GitHub repository in a code comment like this:

https://github.com/golang/go
https://github.com/avelino/awesome-go

If the repository qualifies the minimum requirements it will appear on pkgindex within two hours.

Current requirements:

• at least 100 stars
• at least 300 stars if repository is a fork
