This option was added in #27 but not exposed on the cli. This adds
--latest-of-major-onlyand--no-latest-of-major-only. Added cli docs while I was in there.Wasn't sure if folks were ever looking at this repo, but requested reviews from folks I had talked to about getting this to 1.0. Let me know if there is a better way I can manage to get reviews on these.
