Upgrade Crossref schema to 4.4.2

I was trying to upgrade to Crossref schema 4.4.2.
When changing line 199 accordingly

crossrefReferenceLinking/CrossrefReferenceLinkingPlugin.inc.php

$rfNamespace = 'http://www.crossref.org/schema/4.3.6';

the attribute disappears from my exported XML. By iterating all schema numbers from 4.3.6 up to 4.4.3 the attribute was always added except for version 4.4.2.
It could as well be that the attribute is only set if xmlns in <citation_list> is different from the xmlns set above.
Version 4.4.2 matches my settings in the crossref-doi plugin.
Although, I don't see that the attribute is obligatory in the schema, I am still confused. Before, 4.3.6 was set even if 4.3.6 was set throughout the crossref-doi plugin.

@klausru, can you include your OJS version number, and what version of the CrossRef Reference Linking plugin you're using?

sure @asmecher , it's OJS 3.3.0.7 , crossrefReferenceLinking v 1.0.2.1, installed via plugin gallery

@klausru, you'll have to do some investigation, I think -- but I'd start by looking at the filter_groups database table and plugins/importexport/crossref/filter/filterConfig.xml, which also define the CrossRef schema that's being used. These should match what you're using in the CrossRef reference linking plugin, and I suspect they don't.

@asmecher , no worries. I had to revert my changes (I had a few more in the crossref-ojs-plugin) as I could no more register new DOIs. Only updates were possible.
This was the feedback upon registration, but it's related to my additions to https://github.com/klausru/crossref-ojs/
