Plugin creates duplicate links for DOIs if DOIs already included in reference list

To replicate:

1. Add reference list to References metadata for submission before publication
2. Publish the issue
3. Crossref Reference Linking plugin doesn't recognize DOIs (whether formatted as URLs or not) in the reference list and displays both the DOI manually entered as well as the one automatically generated
   Example 1 - manually entered DOIs formatted as links
   Example 2 - manually entered DOIs mostly not formatted as links

Is it possible to do something about the redundant DOIs, eg, make them not appear if the reference already includes a DOI (especially if formatted a link)? Editors are concerned about the sloppy appearance of duplicate links.

Issue Description:
When publishing a reference list that already includes DOIs, the Crossref Reference Linking Plugin retrieves those DOIs and adds them in duplicate to the citation on the article's landing page.

Solution Applied:
In the file plugins/generic/crossrefReferenceLinking/templates/displayDOI.tpl, I made the following modification:

I changed the line:
DOI: <a href="{$crossrefFullUrl|escape}">{$crossrefFullUrl|escape}</a>

to a commented version:
<!--DOI: <a href="{$crossrefFullUrl|escape}">{$crossrefFullUrl|escape}</a>-->

As a result, duplicate DOIs are no longer added to the citations on the article's landing page.

I will now add this solution to the GitHub repository of the project so that others can benefit from it.

Looks, that this may be fixed in hook function displayReferenceDOI(), need to check if Reference text already contains $crossrefFullUrl
