Remove deprecated effective_dart package #37
Description
effective_dart marked as deprecated. It's better to replace it by another analyser like flutter_lints or very_good_analysis.
Also I suppose it's better to move dependency to dev_dependencies section. In this case developers won't see it here (screenshot below), and it won't affect on other dependencies for developers.
