Claude MCP servers can be disabled per project in ~/.claude.json (.projects.project-path.disabledMcpServers[]).
We can support disabling it for the Jupyter workspace root. This needs to be clearly indicated on the Claude MCP settings UI (Disable/Enable for Workspace or similar)
