Permission Profile

Hi, I didn't find this information in the documentation. In case it has already been answered, I apologize.
But I would like to know, what permission should I give a profile to see all the forms created?
Today only in the superadministrator I can view all the forms, through the url: http: //localhost/glpi/plugins/formcreator/front/formanswer.php

There is currently nothing in the plugin to view all form answers in the administration side. However, this feature is currently under test and should be available in version 2.13, for GLPI 10.

What I would really like, I believe it already exists. By accessing the URL http://localhost/glpi/plugins/formcreator/front/formanswer.php in the superadmin profile I can see all forms, approved or not, regardless of the applicant or the approver. Now if I access the same URL with the technical profile, I can only see my forms. So I believe it's just some permission that I need to make in the technical profile. Right? Yes : there are some criterias applied to filter the list. Have a look in hook.php, function plugin_formcreator_addDefaultWhere().

Be careful : this code will change a lot in the next version.

Hi

Until Formcreator 2.13 included you need the right to update entities to access all form answers. In the next version 2.14 (development began recently) a new right will substitute to the update entity right and will let you to fine tune who can see all form answers.
