Allow multiple tools per resource #78
Description
Currently the tool that is shown is determined by the pos-type-router and there is now way to show multiple tools for a resource (like there are multiple panes in SolidOS).
Each tool that is feasible to handle a resource should show up in a tool list, e.g. in a side bar or tab panel.
