I published this in order to easily share a setup to repro #418, and closed it to cut down on noise since I have no intention to merge (not sure of the expected protocol with Draft PRs like this, apologies if this was misunderstood). The change still reflects a valid repro setup. |

Introduces new table, CounterAsset, to demonstrate how deleting a row in the table followed by reinsertion causes the record to be deleted in CloudKit. Full details in the issue: #418
