The CLI's
buildandcodgencommands now have the option--bindgen <URI>, which allows for the use of a custom bindgen wrap.This PR includes a test to confirm that it works. Notice tthe test uses a URI for wrap-rust bindings with a wrap-assemblyscript project, yet still succeeds. This is the expected behavior.
