TLS 1.0 and 1.1 are deprecated. This adds warnings for these protocols.

TLS 1.0 has known flaws and is deprecated as of March 2021. TLS 1.1 has no known practical flaws but it is better not to take any risks. Chrome has already disabled TLS 1.0 and 1.1 support, and ssllabs gives a B to any site that supports TLS 1.0 or TLS 1.1.
