[doc] readline for ruby 4.0.x

Does it still make sens to include --with-readline-dir="$(brew --prefix readline)" \ in the doc at https://github.com/postmodern/chruby/wiki/Ruby sicne readline is no longer a default gem in Ruby 4.0.0?
