Upload the plugin to your wordpres:
wp-content
plugins
wp-simple-backup
-> wp-simple-backup.php
Activate the Plugin.
Click Backup button next to the plugin description.
Click Download button next to the plugin description.
The backup deletes on plugin deactivation.
