this can just be gulp run-tests

So remove all package scripts in favour of gulp tasks

No having these mapped to npm task is fine, I'm just pointing out that gulp run-tests will run gulp test && gulp mocha

Renaming the secureCreatives module to match naming style of other files. Also added lint command to package scripts and fixed some linting errors.
