If you haven't already, please ensure you submit a PR to the docs repo to update your bidder file (here) to support CCPA. You just need to add the following variable to the top of your page:
usp_supported: true
Additionally, you may also want to submit these changes to the 2.44.x-legacy branch to update your adapter for anyone still running 2.x versions of Prebid.js
