Missing or difficult to find function documentation

I was looking for the doc on prebid/Prebid.js#1011 at https://docs.prebid.org/dev-docs/publisher-api-reference.html#module_pbjs.enableAnalytics and it just refers one on how to build an analytics module. I cannot see the sampling function documented, but it seems like this should have been the place

@patmmccann - I added some fudge words to that section of the doc. It's unclear to me how widely useful this sampling parameter actually is. In order for it to be not confusing in reports, the analytics provider needs to send that sampling parameter to its endpoint so the reports can account for the sampling rate.

I know that not every analytics adapter does this. e.g. Rubicon supports sampling in a different way, using a sampleFactor (1-in-N) rather than a percentage sampling rate.

Overall, I think the documentation of analytics adapter parameters is certainly a weakness of the docs site. If you feel there ought to be a page for analytics adapters like there is for Bid Adapters that documents the specific parameters supported, go ahead and open another issue.
