This is the docs PR update to reflect changes to our ID system managing its own cookies. Parrable is moving to a "compound cookie" - one with both our ID value and our optout statuses encoded within.
The ID system will be reading legacy and new cookies, and writing a single cookie with consistent data.
To stay consistent with Parrable's Non-Prebid implementation the cookie name should remain the same in the event that Prebid and Parrable's implementation ever reside in the same page.
