Ok - added the gvl_id field to the BIDDER.md files and made the list dynamic. We'll need address the analytics adapters and user ID modules at some point, but there are fewer of them. |

The GDPR Enforcement modules requires bid adapters, userid submodules and analytics adapters to provide GVL ID, otherwise the module will be blocked by default unless its present in
