based on the pbjs PR, it looks like you guys are now supporting all user id modules, correct? if that's in fact true, this should be updated as follows:

Thanks for keeping an eye on this @smenzer . There's an internal ticket open to support all the IDs, but we're not there yet on client-side requests -- we are there with server-side requests. When we fully support the other IDs, will add them.
