The NextMillennium adapter sends only the placementID to their bidding server. Could you please add a comment in this doc to make it clear that no other information from the request, such as bid floors, are sent to NextMillennium. |

There were conflicts here, which I resolved with #3364. Also move the description out of the metadata into the body. |
