With prebid/Prebid.js#9794 PR, OpenX has moved their implementation to ORTB hence the existing link needs to be updated. Also, RTBHouse link is updated to the master branch. Considering the frequent updates made to bidder code, purposefully not referring to the code line numbers in the reference links.
