Windows: Ctrl-C in a program kills the shell

An example in LFortran when I press Ctrl-C:

It also happens with passphrase prompt (#41) or just cat (see below).

One way to reproduce this problem is just with cat and Ctrl-C:

I think the most pressing issue of losing the shell when pressing Ctrl-C seems to be fixed:

~/repos/shell(main)$ git push -n ondrej main

There might be some further corner cases, but if so, we'll fix them as we encounter them.
