Adding a large number of online instances, based on the LibRedirect instances tool. Also, default to false for frontends with no online/working instances.

Nice work, can also maybe totally remove for dead projects like libreddit- code and permissions

@pritkr This PR does all that already. The Reddit instances, for example, now point to redlib instances instead of libreddit. Likewise for all the other services. As of today, all the URLs are live, working sites.

If you want to replicate what I did in the future:

  • Run the libredirect instances tool
  • Find and replace the lists of services in src/background.js with the updated lists from the instances tool
  • Change default on/off setting if a certain service has no frontends available

Otherwise, the only permissions the extension requests are for the sites to be redirected from (e.g. reddit.com, youtube.com). It needs those regardless, so we can't remove them.

You can grep libreddit and you'll only find one mention - which is actually a Redlib instance.

@pritkr Gentle ping again - can we get this merged and released?

Looks like this PR still includes some ggtyler frontends; they are now all dead and should be removed. I did this in #47, but this PR looks much better IMO.
