OFFSET is generally part of SQL languages, and is missing here. This commit fixes this. So now you can make queries such as: SELECT * FROM data LIMIT 5 OFFSET 3

Since this repo seems to be no longer maintained, I've started working on my own fork. All of the changes are mushed into one big PR, so they should probably be pulled apart before merging them in.
Furthermore, this relies on updated deps, which should probably also be updated upstream too.
