Add Hindi translation for conditionals-and-interactivity tutorial

Resolves #1150

Adds the Hindi translation for the Conditionals and Interactivity tutorial.

Changes:

• Translated conditionals-and-interactivity.mdx to Hindi.
• Have preserved all code blocks, variables, and function names.
• Also maintained existing links and mdx structure.
• Terminology is consistent with get-started.mdx Hindi tutorial.

It looks like the CI is failing due to getCurationsSketches returning a 500 error, it would be unrelated to this translation change. Please let me know if I should rebase or rerun the workflow.
