Update Data Reference Examples on p5js.org to ES6

Update the Data section of the p5js reference to ES6. This will entail updating all of the examples that fall under @module Data.

As a step forward in the transition to ES6 all of the reference examples on p5js.org should be updated to use ES6 standard. This will often mean simply switching 'var' to 'let' or in some cases using es6 classes where applicable.

There are tons of resources online for learning about ES6. Here is an interactive guide that covers the biggest features.

Does that mean removing the ; as it's not needed in ES6 but prettier still wants it.

Brett, the "safe" or cautious view seems to be that you should always use the semicolon. You have been able to omit it in many cases for a long time, pre-ES6, but there are cases where it will cause the code to execute differently. And it's a clear marker of "end of statement" that many people are used to. You can Google endless discussions and examples about this, and yes it's a bit of a religious thing. But I think the p5.js team have chosen a very cautious approach, eslint and prettier enforce some tough rules, you can't even have a trailing blank on a line. Anyway I thought I'd throw that in - here in Aus on a Sunday afternoon I have the chance to reply first :=)
