Issue collecting duplicate entries from hwmon

just like in #377 I have an issue with node_hwmon_temp_celsius

An error has occurred during metrics collection:

collected metric node_hwmon_temp_celsius label:<name:"chip" value:"dell_smm" > label:<name:"sensor" value:"ambient" > gauge:<value:30 >  was collected before with the same name and label values

Issues occurs on master

@aparcar Thanks for the report! Can you paste the output of find -L /sys/class/hwmon/ -maxdepth 2 please? Looks like there are some duplicated entries.

So it looks like the chip 'dell_smm' has multiple sensors called 'ambient'. Don't know much about the hwmon subsystem though. @rtreffer any ideas about this?

@aparcar I bet at least two hwmonX directories contain a name file with 'dell_smm', right? Can you paste cat /sys/class/hwmon/hwmon?/name?
