This adds support for collecting linux Fibre Channel stats. Resolves issue #570

I'm currently testing the patch on a few hosts with Emulex adapters and all looks fine so far, thank you for the PR! I'd love to see this included in the next release.

I don't see why the circleci test is failing? I see it's failing on the make test-e2e but I don't see any errors.

You need to update the e2e fixture to match the new fc_host label name change.
