This appears to be only for getting which cgroups are mounted? I think you should get that from the filesystem metrics if you relax collector.filesystem.mount-points-exclude |

emm, It is not actually. It's for getting current cgroups num on the system. |

exporting statistics in /proc/cgroups gives a summary of current cgroup nums of each cgroup subsystem on the system.
