This is pretty much copied 1:1 from gopsutils which is licensed under BSD. I've added a note
Based on gopsutil/cpu/cpu_darwin_cgo.go @ ae251eb, licensed as under BSDright under the prometheus license header. Anyone knows if this is fine like this? License wise that should be okay afaik.
