Add a TPS integration test

This PR:

• renames the prisma:migrate & prisma:generate command to be consistent across packages
• updates node version from v18 to v23 due to performance regressions introduced by a combination of new o1js / old node
• adds logging utilities for time/performance tracking
• adds time tracking logs to the block production pipeline
• implements a simple tps test for a really bad state access case, and a more manageable cached state case

Seems like i did not commit the version bumps for packages released for MinaCon, so this PR accidentally includes the version bumps too :/
