Update ReadMe - avoid repetition with website and update reseach focus #13
Description
The readme for this repository hasn't been updated in some time. The goal of this issue is to delete old content that is already presented in other public mediums (e.g. our shiny new website!) and to update the research focus to align with the team's new objectives.
First, we will discuss what content should be in the readme, and then we will update it accordingly.
